Installation error for Libre Office - Error 1500 Another installation is in progress

Installation error for Libre Office -

Error 1500 Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.

I started out by watching this video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=it8uCIirtDE

>>> START TASK MANAGER <<<

I was told to right click on the task bar (at the bottom of my screen) and click on Task Manager. (There are other ways to get to task manager but this works.)

Click on the "Details" tab.

Look for a name that shows "Suspended" beside it.

It indicated that I should find any executing msiexec and "end process tree" (right clicking and selecting this), which I did.

That did not fix it so I proceeded to "end process tree" for the item that was status "suspended".

After this was done, I attempted to install the software again.

>>> SUCCESS <<<

I was now able to get install to complete successfully.

iPhone 5s - cannot find iPhone pictures on my Windows Computer

Using File Explorer, use the following link replacing "YourUserName" with the name you use under Users - typically the name you log into the computer with.

 C:\Users\YourUserName\Pictures\iCloud Photos\Downloads

iPhone 5S error - Cellular Update Failed

Error message appears on iPhone 5s:

           Cellular Update Failed

Your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated

Resolution

follow the steps found in this link which Apple supplied to me.

          https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208733

note - it was important when doing the reinstall to use hold CTRL and click on "update". If you just click on it, nothing happens if there is not a new update available.

There are only two steps required.

These two steps that worked for me.

1) DELETE TWO OBJECTS FROM REGISTRY (see below)

2) RESTART - after deletion of the objects (NOTE - I tried doing Shutdown but did not notice the advantage obtained when using RESTART)

1) DELETE TWO OBJECTS FROM REGISTRY - details

a) initiate REGEDIT - on my computer, I enter REGEDIT into Cortana and then select the icon that is at the top of the list.  (NOTE: I had to give administrator authority.)

b) Locate the two objects

     Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU

     Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags

c) delete these two objects

d) that is all for this step

<<<<< NOTES >>>>>

<<< This was helpful. I recall removing Bags previously and had some advantage after delete and      reboot >>>

<<<<<  A SOLUTION THAT DID NOT HELP FOR ME BUT MAY WORK FOR YOU >>>>>

<<< The one below was tried, but I did not recognize any improvement >>>

One solution I tried was doing what this video suggested -
