ANSWER: Go to EDIT/PREFERENCES and choose "Reading".
Within Reading you will see a section called "Read Out Loud Options".
Here you can change
Volume
Voice
- Beside Voice is a dropdown box that allows you to select from different voices on your computer.
- I chose Microsoft Zira Desktop - English (United States)
Pitch
Words Per Minute
When changes are ready to apply, click on "OK" button at the bottom.
I searched in vain for a solution and just decided to poke around.
